Fresher Data Engineer Role Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are interested in building a career in Data Engineering. The candidate will work with data and engineering teams to build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines, ensuring reliable and scalable data solutions for business needs. Key Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes. Work with SQL to extract, transform, and validate data. Assist in data integration and data quality initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements. Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows and processes. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems. Participate in data modeling and warehousing activities. Support ad-hoc data engineering and automation tasks. Required Skills Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts. Understanding of data structures and programming fundamentals. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with Excel and data handling concepts. Good to Have Basic knowledge of Python. Understanding of ETL concepts and data pipelines. Exposure to Big Data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. Strong willingness to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.
