We are launching an AI platform for home service businesses in the US and Gulf markets. We need a sharp email marketing specialist to set up and run cold outbound campaigns targeting HVAC business owners in the US and UAE.
This is not a newsletter or promotional email role. This is pure B2B cold outreach — finding the right people, getting them to reply, and booking demo calls.
What You'll Do:
- Set up cold email infrastructure — domain warmup, SPF, DKIM, DMARC
- Clean and verify lead lists from provided data
- Write and optimise cold email sequences — 3 to 5 step drips
- Set up and manage campaigns on Mailshake or Instantly
- Monitor deliverability, open rates, reply rates daily
- Handle initial replies and qualify interested prospects
- Book demo calls for the founder
- Report weekly on campaign performance with clear metrics
Target Audience:
- HVAC business owners in Phoenix, Arizona — US market
- Home service business owners in Dubai and UAE — Gulf market
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year experience in B2B cold email outreach
- Has run campaigns targeting US or international markets — not just India
- Strong copywriting in English — American tone preferred
- Knows at least one tool — Mailshake, Instantly, Smartlead, or Lemlist
- Understands email deliverability — domain warmup, spam avoidance, inbox placement
- Data driven — tracks open rates, reply rates, conversion weekly
- Self starter — doesn't need hand holding
Nice to Have:
- Experience targeting home services, HVAC, or trades businesses
- Familiar with Apollo.io or Clay for lead enrichment
- Has worked with SaaS or AI products before
