We are looking for an HR Manager to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.
HR Manager responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
HR Responsibilities (Recruitment)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all outlets (Managers, Stewards, Chefs, Bar Staff, etc.)
- Post job openings on job portals, social media & local networks
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
- Conduct initial interviews & coordinate with department heads
- Schedule and manage walk-in interviews & hiring drives
- Ensure quick hiring for urgent and bulk requirements
- Maintain a candidate database for future openings
Coordination & Hiring Process
- Coordinate with outlet managers for manpower planning
- Follow up with selected candidates for joining & documentation
- Handle offer letters & salary negotiation
- Ensure smooth onboarding & induction process
Additional Responsibilities
- Focus on local hiring (preferred candidates from nearby areas)
- Build strong vendor & consultancy connections
- Maintain recruitment reports & hiring trackers
- Work on employee retention strategies
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Solid communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
