We're looking for friendly, well-spoken people who genuinely enjoy taking care of guests. As the face of Flourmates, you'll greet guests, guide them through the menu, take orders, and make sure every visit feels welcoming and effortless.
## Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and seat guests, creating a positive first impression
- Take orders accurately and make thoughtful menu and beverage recommendations
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards
- Handle guest queries, special requests, and feedback politely and proactively
- Keep tables, service areas, and the dining space clean and well-presented
- Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen and barista team during busy hours
- Process billing and payments accurately
- Support a friendly, team-first atmosphere across the cafe
**Good spoken English** and confident, clear communication
- A warm, friendly personality and a genuine service mindset
- Well-groomed, punctual, and reliable
- Ability to stay calm and courteous during busy periods
- Comfortable working on weekends and in shifts
**Preferred (a plus)**
- Formal **hospitality training** or a hotel-management / F&B background
- Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel front-of-house role
- Knowledge of coffee, bakery, or breakfast service
