Job Role :-
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hostel.
- Ensure the safety and security of all residents.
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations.
- Manage hostel staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
- Resolve conflicts and address concerns raised by residents.
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the hostel premises.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to hostel activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hostel supplies and services.
- Organize hostel events and activities to promote community engagement.
- Handle emergencies and crises situations effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in hostel or dormitory management is preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts amicably.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
