Job Summary
OJD Education is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support administrative and operational functions. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, handling documentation, managing data entry tasks, and ensuring smooth back-office operations to support various departments within the institute.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update student, admission, and staff records.
- Perform accurate data entry and database management.
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Manage admission-related documents and student files.
- Verify, organize, and maintain records and certificates.
- Handle email correspondence and internal communication.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with counselors, trainers, and management regarding operational requirements.
- Maintain attendance and administrative records.
- Ensure proper filing and document management systems.
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of institute records and information.
- Perform other back-office and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–2 years in Back Office, Administration, Data Entry, or related roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in educational institutions will be an added advantage.
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of Excel reporting and database management.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Professional attitude and problem-solving skills.
