Job Title: Affiliate Marketing Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing affiliate partnerships, driving performance-based marketing campaigns, and expanding our affiliate network. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and must have their own working laptop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and scale affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Identify and onboard new affiliate partners and publishers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with business goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor affiliate strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and affiliate activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks and partnership management.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Must have a personal working laptop.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week from the office (West Delhi).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
