The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for generating qualified leads and business opportunities for our IT services, Zoho solutions, digital marketing, web development, and web design services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation channels.
The candidate must also be proficient in managing and tracking leads within Zoho CRM and have a strong understanding of the Zoho ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate high-quality leads through:

- Cold Calling
- Cold Email Campaigns
- Social Media Outreach
- Online Business Directories and B2B Platforms
- Identify and research potential clients and decision-makers in international markets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Engage prospects through personalized outreach and follow-up strategies.
Business Development Support
- Generate leads for:
- Zoho CRM Implementation & Customization
- Zoho One and Zoho Ecosystem Solutions
- Digital Marketing Services
- Website Development
- Website Design
- E-commerce Solutions
- Custom Software Development
- Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and product demonstrations with prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to support proposal development and client engagement activities.
CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Zoho CRM.
- Track all lead interactions, communications, and follow-ups.
- Manage lead qualification, pipeline progression, and reporting.
- Create and maintain CRM workflows, reports, and dashboards as required.
Market Research & Reporting
- Research industry trends, competitors, and target markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation performance reports.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
Required Skills & QualificationsEssential Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or IT Sales.
- Proven experience generating B2B leads for overseas clients.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Upwork
- Freelancer
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Cold Calling
- Cold Email Outreach
- Lead Research Tools
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM.
- Understanding of the Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and related applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with clients in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, Web Development, and Web Design services.
- Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Hunter, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools.
- Zoho certifications will be an added advantage.
