About the Role
We are hiring dynamic and enthusiastic freshers for the role of Trainee – Business Development. This is a field-based role focused on B2B market surveys, commercial area visits, cold calling, and business partner onboarding within assigned territories.
Each candidate will be assigned a dedicated area/zone for conducting surveys and identifying business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and area surveys to identify business opportunities
- Visit commercial buildings, offices, and business hubs
- Generate leads through field visits and cold calling
- Identify and approach potential business partners
- Maintain records of prospective clients and commercial locations
- Support onboarding and relationship management activities
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare basic reports in MS Excel
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome
- Up to 1 year of experience in Sales/Business Development can apply
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- 2-wheeler is mandatory
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
