What you’ll do:
- Process warranty claims and liaise with OEMs
- Maintain accurate claim documentation and follow up
- Collaborate with service advisors, parts, and OEM reps
- Analyze claim patterns and provide reporting
Ideal candidate has:
- 1–3 years in warranty administration/automotive sector
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good analytical and communication abilities
- Must be a Graduate.
