We are seeking a vibrant and highly articulate Soft Skills Trainer to join our team at Takshashila University, Tindivanam (Tamil Nadu). In this role, you will focus on transforming students into corporate-ready professionals by polishing their communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging workshops on Communication Skills, Body Language, Public Speaking, and Presentation Skills.
- Interview Preparation: Train students in Resume Writing, Group Discussions (GD), Mock Interviews, and Etiquette.
- Personality Development: Deliver modules on Time Management, Goal Setting, Leadership, Teamwork, and Emotional Intelligence.
- Activity-Based Learning: Use role-plays, interactive games, and team activities to drive practical learning in the classroom.
- Feedback & Evaluation: Assess individual student performance, track behavioral progress, and provide constructive mentoring.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or Verbal Ability Trainer.
- Education: Degree in English, MBA (HR/Marketing), Psychology, Journalism, or any related field. Certifications in soft skills training are a plus.
- Language Fluency: Exceptional command over spoken and written English, with the ability to connect using local languages (Tamil) where helpful.
- Interpersonal Skills: High energy, empathetic nature, and excellent classroom management skills to motivate large batches of students.
Job Benefits:
- Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and credentials).
