he Panel Making & Assembly Technician is responsible for manufacturing, wiring, assembling, testing, and ensuring the quality of electrical control panels, DG synchronization panels, AMF panels, LT distribution panels, and other customized electrical panels as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Read and understand electrical GA drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOM.
- Assemble electrical panels according to approved drawings.
- Mount electrical components such as MCCBs, MCBs, Contactors, Relays, Timers, SMPS, PLCs, VFDs, Busbars, Meters, and Terminal Blocks.
- Perform busbar cutting, bending, drilling, and insulation work.
- Install DIN rails, wire ducts, glands, and cable accessories.
- Carry out internal wiring of control and power circuits.
- Identify and terminate cables as per wiring diagrams.
- Ensure proper ferruling, crimping, cable dressing, and cable routing.
- Maintain wiring standards and color coding.
- Conduct continuity, insulation resistance, and functional testing.
- Check wiring connections before dispatch.
- Rectify wiring or assembly defects identified during inspection.
- Ensure panels meet customer and quality standards.
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, crimping tools, drilling machines, and measuring instruments.
- Maintain tools in good working condition.
- Report damaged tools or equipment.
- Follow all electrical safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Maintain 5S standards in the panel shop.
- Ensure proper storage of materials and finished panels.
Pay: ₹9,796.39 - ₹20,474.85 per month
