- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in personal loan products.
- Explain personal loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and other relevant details to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and convert leads into applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams for document collection, verification, and application processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Work towards improving lead conversion and overall sales performance. Candidates who can communicate fluently in any of the following languages will be preferred:
- Tamil

- Kannada
- Bengali
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
