We are looking for a talented and creative Architect with 1 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural design, planning, site coordination, and project execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed plans.
* Develop innovative design concepts as per client requirements.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
* Conduct site visits and ensure work is executed as per drawings.
* Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and project documentation.
* Ensure projects comply with building codes and regulations.
* Handle project timelines and support execution activities.
* Work on interior and exterior design planning.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
* 1 to 8 years of relevant experience in architecture/interior projects.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar software.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Strong knowledge of design concepts and site execution.
* Ability to handle projects independently.
* Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
