- Produce technically sound CAD models and construction drawings with correct line weights, layering, and detailing standards.
- Evaluate and specify fixtures, materials, and finishes with a critical lens on cost, suitability, and practicality.
- Compose sheets with clear annotations, legends, and hierarchy readable by consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Research and integrate new materials into technical specifications and execution-ready documentation.
Design Thinking — Concept Development & Problem Solving
- Develop design concepts with unique spatial narratives and original forms that add depth to overall design direction.
- Accurately interpret briefs and design discussions from the team lead and translate them into well-resolved design responses.
- Proactively identify site and execution-stage challenges and propose practical, well considered design solutions.
Team Building — Leadership & Coordination
- Act as a reliable bridge between the team lead and junior members
- delegating, guiding, and following up to reduce dependency on the lead.
- Manage multiple concurrent project scopes by balancing timelines, priorities, and dependencies.
- Step up proactively during crunch periods and high-workload phases without being prompted.
Innovation — Continuous Learning & Tools
- Actively engage with global design publications and industry outputs to stay ahead of evolving trends.
- Build design thinking through continuous exposure and observation beyond immediate project needs.
- Explore and adopt emerging tools — including AI, plugins, and advanced modelling methods
- to improve workflow efficiency and design outcomes.
Visualization — Visual Storytelling & Rendering
- Create contextually rich visualizations with cohesive colour palettes, lighting, and spatial ambience.
- Take raw sketches or concepts through to distinctive, refined spatial forms with a clear evolution of thought.
- Present design intent to stakeholders through structured, narratively compelling visual compositions.
Documentation — File & Tracker Management
