We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply, while experienced candidates with a proven track record in telecalling or customer support are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Attend inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain products, services, offers, and promotions to customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Eligibility
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Any Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to persuade and build rapport with customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in telecalling, BPO, customer support, or sales.
- Fluency in English and the local language(s).
