Operations Manager — Salt Fitness, Jaipur
We’re looking for a high-energy females, people-first professional to own the full member journey at Salt Fitness. From walking a prospect through the door to closing their membership, keeping existing members engaged, and winning back old ones, this role makes things happen every day.
This is not a back-office role. You’ll be on the floor, on the phone, and on WhatsApp. You’ll work across both our Jaipur studios and report directly to the Founder.

What you'll own:
Sales and membership
- Convert walk-in enquiries and leads into paid memberships
- Actively sell fitness packages, renewals, and upgrades
- Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person
- Re-engage lapsed members — call them, understand why they left, bring them back
- Meet monthly membership and revenue targets
Client relationships and retention
- Be the go-to contact for member queries and concerns
- Collect regular feedback and act on it
- Build genuine relationships with members to drive loyalty and referrals
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure member satisfaction
Studio operations
- Manage front desk — greet members, handle check-ins, maintain attendance logs
- Oversee daily studio standards and flag maintenance issues immediately
- Manage memberships, billing, and basic accounts tracking in Kenko (our studio management app)
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams
- Submit a weekly operations report to the founder every Sunday
What we're looking for:
- 3–4 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or operations. Prior experience in a studio/gym environment is a plus.
- Proven ability to close sales and hit targets — not just assist
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English, spoken and written
- Comfortable with studio management software
- Comfortable on WhatsApp, calls, and face-to-face with diverse clientele
- Experience with foreign or premium clientele is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree required
- Based in Jaipur or able to commute to C Scheme
Compensation: ₹25000-30000/month based on experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
