About the Role
SD Biosensor Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Management Trainee to support the Sales Operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in sales coordination, business analytics, and backend sales support within the IVD/Medical Device industry.
The selected candidate will work closely with the National Sales Team, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth sales operations, accurate reporting, and timely coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Sales Executives on daily operational activities.
- Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales MIS reports.
- Handle sales data management, import /export data , analysis, and reporting using MS Excel.
- Track sales performance, target achievement, and pending orders.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics teams for timely order processing and dispatch.
- Maintain customer, distributor, and dealer databases with complete accuracy.
- Support sales forecasting, inventory planning, and business reporting.
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and management reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Monitor order status, dispatch, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure proper documentation of sales records and commercial documents.
- Generate analytical reports to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with Product Management and Marketing teams for product launches and promotional activities.
- Maintain CRM data and ensure timely updates.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, training programs, conferences, and internal reviews.
- Perform ad hoc reports and analysis as assigned by the reporting manager.
Educational Qualification
- MBA (Marketing/Sales/Healthcare Management) OR
- B.Sc. (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology), B.Pharm / M.Pharm, B.Tech (Biomedical Engineering
Preferred Experience :
- Experience in IVD, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Healthcare, or Pharmaceuticals is preferred.
- Internship or exposure to Sales Operations, MIS, or Business Coordination is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, IF functions)
- Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Word
- Strong analytical and numerical ability
- Data handling and MIS reporting
- Sales coordination and documentation
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Time management and multitasking.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM /SAP systems is an added advantage
