Job Summary
We are hiring a Group Leader (GL) to manage and guide a team of Field Sales Executives. The candidate will be responsible for team handling, field monitoring, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives.
Assign daily tasks and monitor attendance.
Ensure the team achieves daily and monthly sales targets.
Conduct field visits and provide team support.
Submit daily performance reports.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
1–2 years of experience in Sales or Team Handling
Good communication and leadership skills
Area knowledge
Willing to travel for field work
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
