Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM Executive with 1-2 years of experience to manage customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions effectively across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Track customer interactions and update records accurately in the CRM system.
- Analyze customer data and generate reports to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Support customer engagement campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain high service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in CRM, customer support, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
