Job Responsibilities
- Handle production activities in rope manufacturing plant.
- Monitor machine performance and production efficiency.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Reduce machine breakdown and production downtime.
- Supervise workers and shop floor operations.
- Maintain quality standards of ropes and raw materials.
- Prepare daily production and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams.
- Ensure safety procedures and discipline on the shop floor.
- Support continuous improvement and cost reduction activities.
