We are looking for a Sales Consultant who is passionate about automobiles and wants to build a career in automotive sales and business development.
This role is ideal for a fresher with an Automobile Engineering background or someone who has a genuine passion for automobiles and enjoys interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and converting opportunities into business.
You will work closely with customers to understand their vehicle/service requirements, recommend the right solutions, generate sales opportunities, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate automotive products/services.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, and other channels.
- Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and value proposition to customers.
- Conduct customer consultations and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
- Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth order/service execution.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM/system.
- Achieve defined sales and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on automobile products, technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Automobile Engineering will be an advantage.
- Candidates from other backgrounds with a strong passion for automobiles are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of targets.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- A sales-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset will be highly valued.
