Work Hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST or 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST
Salary: As per the market standard and experience
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our dynamic Sales team and help us build a strong client portfolio.
The ideal candidate will work in the US shift (Monday to Friday) and should have a passion for driving business growth, building relationships, and identifying new opportunities within the international market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process to attract and onboard new clients.
- Coordinate with senior management to evaluate opportunities and manage risks.
- Maintain and update prospective client databases.
- Conduct cold calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Schedule meetings between senior management and potential clients when required.
- Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions and support.
- Respond promptly to client proposals (RFPs) and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or Excel for leads and follow-ups.
- Participate in lead generation activities as needed.
- Work with management on sales targets, forecasting, and business growth strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and listening abilities.
- Confidence to interact with and present to C-level executives.
- Knowledge of contracts and business agreements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
