Key Responsibilities
· Technical Guidance: Provide on-site technical assistance to customers, explaining the superior quality and properties of Tata Tiscon TMT bars.
· Site Inspections: Conduct regular visits to construction sites to monitor the correct usage of steel and ensure structural integrity according to design specifications.
· Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve technical field complaints from customers or dealers, performing root-cause analysis and providing effective solutions.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local architects, masons, and contractors through regular meetings and technical workshops.
· Product Training: Organize and lead "Service Camps" or training sessions for dealer mechanics and masons to educate them on best construction practices and modern steel solutions.
· Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of site visits, customer feedback, and technical queries using the company's ERP or reporting system.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing technical pitches, material estimations (BOQ), and clarifying product-related technical doubts to close deals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
