Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for plant and staff.
- Plan and ensure timely hiring of blue- and white-collar workforce.
- Maintain strong employee relations and handle grievances/discipline.
- Ensure compliance with Ghana labour laws, payroll, and statutory requirements.
- Oversee attendance, shift planning, and manpower availability.
- Drive performance management, training, and employee engagement.
- To ensure compliance towards BRC, Sedex & GMB
