Immigration Filing Specialist – Night Shift
Immigration and Settlement Services is looking for an experienced Immigration Filing Specialist to join our office in Rajpura, Punjab.
We are looking for someone who already has hands-on experience preparing and filing Canadian immigration applications, particularly:
- Visitor Visas (TRV)
- Study Permits
- Family Sponsorship applications
Ideal Candidate
The right candidate should have strong practical filing experience and be able to independently handle application preparation with accuracy and attention to detail.
Key skills we are looking for:
- Previous experience preparing Canadian immigration applications
- Strong English writing and drafting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to review forms and supporting documents carefully
- Strong document organization and file-management skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PDF documents
- Ability to prepare professional client-facing letters, explanations and submission documents
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Willingness to work night shifts from our Rajpura office
Position Details
Location: Rajpura, Punjab
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Working days: 5 days per week
Shift: Night shift
Employment: Full-time, office-based
Important: We are specifically looking for candidates with prior Canadian immigration filing experience. This is not an entry-level training position.
