Job Description
- Daily Sales Order, Proforma Invoice (PI) and allocation of available stock against the Sales Order (Blocking of Stock)
- Daily Sales Billing, Credit Note and Debit Note. Billing includes normal billing, billing under various Schemes, Discount, FOC etc for Online as well as offline Sales.
- Daily/monthly Sales (MSR) and Stock Report for different stakeholders.
- Review and closure of month end minimum commitment of projected sales to Wholesalers / Retailers.
- Working of monthly turnover discount (TOD)
- Record keeping of Sales, E-way bill and Receipted Delivery Challan / POD
- Reconciliation of Inward / Outward Stock and E-way bill generated with B2B Sales.
- Initiative for software upgrade for new line of products
- Co-ordination in Stock Audit and GST Audit.
- Credit check of Customer before raising Invoice.
Qualification:
B.Com
Computer proficient with excel formulas
Experience:
4-5 years in manufacturing or leading distributorship
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
