Key Responsibilities
- Production Scheduling & Execution: Manage daily shift operations to ensure vehicle, engine, or component assembly targets are met on schedule.
- Quality Control: Monitor processes against strict automotive standards (e.g., ISO, IATF), maintaining minimal rejection levels and executing root-cause analyses for defects.
- Manpower Management: Assign tasks, train operators, and coordinate shift rotations to maximize workforce productivity.
- Equipment Maintenance: Track metrics like Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and coordinate with maintenance teams for preventative upkeep and rapid troubleshooting of breakdowns.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations across the shop floor.
