We are looking for an Associate - Contract Management (Project), who thrives in a high performance and fast paced technical environment. As an Associate within the Contract Management (Project) team, you will be responsible for independently performing most function tasks, ensuring that our customer receives a great product.

Support project execution from kick-off to delivery

Coordinate engineering, supply chain, production, and quality

Run status updates, action tracking, and escalations

Maintain trackers and support change control

Follow up on capacity, material, tooling, and suppliers

Ensure deliverables meet customer requirements and internal quality checks

Support documentation: BOM/PO alignment, status reports, and handover notes

Drive closure of open actions until shipment and acceptance

Ensure AS9100/ISO 9001 compliance in project execution and records

Maintain traceable records (FAI/COC/MTC) per QMS requirements

Identify risks and support mitigation
-
Communicate clearly on status, actions, and priorities

Coordinate cross-functionally and support changes
-
Solve basic issues; update SOPs and checklists
-
Comfort reading drawings, routings, and basic inspection requirements

Strong Excel skills for trackers, reporting, and basic data analysis
-
Discipline to follow process and maintain accurate records
-
Working knowledge of QMS basics (AS9100/ISO 9001) and procedural compliance
-
Understanding of document/record control and revision management
-
Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, Business, or Project Management

2+ years in project coordination/project management (manufacturing preferred)

CNC machining knowledge (milling/turning/5-axis)
-
Special process knowledge (HT/anodize/plating/NDT)

Working knowledge of project tracking tools (MS Project/Jira)

ERP exposure for order tracking and status updates (SAP/Oracle)

Strong stakeholder management and escalation skills

Analytical, structured problem-solving

Exposure to manufacturing documentation (FAI/COC/MTC) and basic QC flow
-
Hands-on experience coordinating suppliers or external processes

Ability to work in shifts/extended hours during delivery-critical periods (as needed)

Exposure to audits, NCR handling, and basic CAPA follow-up

PMP/PRINCE2 certification

Exposure to aerospace quality standards (AS9100) and customer portals

Basic understanding of Incoterms and shipment documentation

Lean/6 Sigma awareness

Internal audit participation or Internal Auditor training (AS9100/ISO 9001)
