Edubex Learning Private Limited is a UK-headquartered EdTech organization with its India office located at Technopark Phase 4, Trivandrum. We deliver globally recognized online education programs and are looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to drive team performance, mentor sales professionals, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversions.
- Guide prospective learners by understanding their educational needs and recommending suitable programs.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads and maintain high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to improve lead quality and learner experience.
- Track sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and present business insights to management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members.
- Foster a positive, target-driven, and high-performance team culture.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Education/EdTech industry.
- Prior experience in leading or managing a sales team is mandatory.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.

Work Requirements
- Willingness to work from the Trivandrum Technopark Phase 4 office.
- Flexible to work based on business requirements.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office applications.
- Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (IST)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday – Work from Office (Technopark Phase 4, Trivandrum)
- Saturday: Work From Home, subject to having a personal laptop and stable Wi-Fi/internet connection.
Transportation
- Cab facility will be provided for employees residing within a 20 km radius of the Trivandrum office premises, as per company policy.
