Position: Data Management Engineer

Experience: 2–5 Years Relevant Experience
Salary: CTC ₹38,000 – ₹45000 per Month
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Computer Science) or Graduate with relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain master data related to products, customers, vendors, BOMs, and production records.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across ERP systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Create, update, and validate engineering, production, and inventory data.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Planning departments for data collection and updates.
- Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical reports for management review.
- Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies for timely correction.
- Maintain documentation related to processes, product specifications, and engineering changes.
- Support ERP implementation, data migration, and system improvements.
- Perform regular data audits and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist management in decision-making through accurate reporting and data analysis.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced Functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Experience with ERP systems and database management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, BOM management, and inventory data.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data with high accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Automotive, Plastic Molding, Engineering, or Manufacturing Industry.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Google Sheets, or MIS Reporting.
- Understanding of Production Planning and Inventory Management.
