Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
· Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
· Manage the recruitment and selection process.
· Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
· Support employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
· Monitor HR policies, systems, and procedures.
· Maintain a positive and healthy work environment.
· Manage the performance appraisal system.
· Maintain compensation and benefits programs.
· Identify training needs and conduct training programs.
· Provide HR reports and insights to management.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
· Maintain employee records and documentation.
· Stay updated with HR trends and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience
· Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive.
· Strong people management skills.
· Results-driven mindset.
· Experience with HR metrics.
· Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
· Strong leadership abilities.
· Good communication and listening skills.
· Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
· Ability to build relationships at all levels.
