Position: Industry Engagement & Placement Officer
Location : Hosur, Tamil Nadu
Language Preference: Tamil & English
Salary Range : Up-to ₹40,000 per month
Experience: 3-5 Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
Connect with industries to bring training orders to the CSR Training Centre by identifying company training needs and coordinating placement opportunities for trainees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with companies and industries.
- Identify training requirements from companies and bring training programs to the centre.
- Coordinate corporate training programs for industry employees under sustainability/CSR initiatives.
- Maintain a database of companies, training programs, and industry contacts.
- Coordinate with the training team to deliver programs as per industry requirements.
- Support placement activities by organizing interviews, connecting trainees with employers, and tracking placement outcomes.
- Collect and maintain placement-related documents from companies for records and reporting.
- Prepare and document success stories of placed candidates for reporting and project documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
