Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day construction site activities, managing labour and contractors, ensuring quality work, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring project work is completed on time as per company requirements. The work location may vary depending on ongoing project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction and site activities.
- Monitor labour, contractors, and subcontractors at site.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, instructions, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers, Vendors, and Clients.
- Maintain proper discipline and productivity at site.
- Check quality of work and report issues immediately.
- Ensure safety rules and site regulations are followed.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and attendance records.
- Monitor usage of construction materials and equipment.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work targets.
- Resolve basic site-related issues and labour concerns.
- Travel and work at different project locations as assigned by the company.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of construction site operations.
- Ability to manage labour and site activities efficiently.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and measurements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and leadership abilities.
Qualification:
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil or relevant field preferred.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in construction/site supervision preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Outdoor construction site environment.
- Work location may change according to project requirements.
- May require extended working hours depending on project deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel and relocate for projects.
- Physically fit to work at construction sites.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and construction practices preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
