Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled CCTV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining CCTV and other security systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
- Install and terminate CAT6, coaxial, and fiber optic cables.
- Troubleshoot and repair CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and networking equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system testing.
- Configure IP cameras, remote viewing, and mobile applications.
- Ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients and provide on-site technical support.
- Prepare service reports and installation documentation.
Requirements:
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electronics/Electrical/Networking.
- 0–1 years of experience in CCTV and security system installation.
- Basic knowledge of computer networking and IP addressing.
- Experience with DVR/NVR, IP cameras, and structured cabling.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with access control, video door phones, burglar alarm systems, or home automation.
- Knowledge of networking devices such as routers and switches.
