About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced IBM webMethods BPM Designer / Senior BPM Consultant to design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale Business Process Management (BPM) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in IBM webMethods BPM Suite, workflow automation, process orchestration, and enterprise integrations.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and integration teams to deliver scalable and high-performance BPM solutions that support business transformation initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesBPM Design & Development:
- Design, develop, and implement BPM solutions using IBM webMethods BPM Suite.
- Build and maintain BPMN-based workflows, process models, task management solutions, and orchestration frameworks.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable BPM applications.
- Develop reusable process components and automation frameworks.
Integration & Process Automation:
- Design and implement integrations using:
- webMethods Integration Server
- Universal Messaging
- Trading Networks
- API Gateway
- Develop SOAP and REST-based integrations with enterprise applications.
- Implement workflow automation and service orchestration across multiple systems.
- Build event-driven process integrations and messaging solutions.
Performance & Support:
- Optimize BPM applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Support deployment, release management, and production environments.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise development and governance standards.
Technical Leadership:
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in solution design and architecture reviews.
- Provide technical guidance and BPM best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation, process flow diagrams, deployment artifacts, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on IBM webMethods BPM experience.
- Strong expertise in BPM solution architecture and implementation.
- Experience working in enterprise integration environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in client-facing engagements.
