We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. - Assist with the full cycle recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing new hire packets, coordinating orientation schedules, and assisting with initial HR system data entry.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all information.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents, reports, and presentations, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, training program coordination, and employee engagement activities.
- Research and compile information on HR best practices, industry trends, and employment law updates to support departmental goals.
- Help organize and coordinate company events, employee recognition programs, and internal communications.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries and direct more complex issues to the appropriate HR team member.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant labor laws and regulations.
