Role Description This full-time hybrid role, based in Manjeri with some flexibility for work from home, combines responsibilities of a Python Developer and MERN Stack Developer. The position involves designing, developing, and maintaining back-end services in Python, as well as building responsive front-end interfaces using React within the MERN stack. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, efficient, and testable code, integrating APIs, managing databases, and optimizing application performance. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. The role also includes contributing to technical documentation and staying current with best practices in web development and software engineering.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with hands-on experience in Python and JavaScript.
- Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including API design, server-side logic, and integration with front-end applications.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including version control (e.g., Git), testing, debugging, and software lifecycle practices.
- Candidates should possess practical experience working with Databases, including schema design, queries, and data optimization (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- Experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and modern front-end practices is highly beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, basic DevOps concepts, and secure coding practices is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
