Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented SAP PP – Production Data Entry Executive to support our production team by maintaining accurate and timely production-related data in the SAP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update production data in SAP PP accurately and on time.
- Record daily production quantities, material consumption, and production details.
- Update production orders and related SAP transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities.
- Verify production data and correct discrepancies when required.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and other departments.
- Prepare daily and periodic production reports using SAP and MS Excel.
- Maintain proper documentation and production records.
- Follow company procedures and data-entry standards.
Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma qualification.
- Basic knowledge of SAP PP (Production Planning).
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Good typing speed and data-entry accuracy.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with production and other departments.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
