About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with strong closing skills to manage client meetings, drive revenue, and lead the sales team in the real estate and investment sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle meetings scheduled by the Pre-Sales team
- Present investment opportunities and close deals
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Manage and mentor the sales team
- Improve conversion rates and sales performance
- Handle high-value and premium clients
- Train team members on pitching and closing techniques
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation
Requirements
- 2–6 years of sales experience (Real Estate preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Experience handling high-ticket clients
- Proven track record in achieving targets
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
