Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Manager to handle tendering and bidding activities for infrastructure / electrical / transmission & distribution projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting tenders, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring timely submission of bids as per client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end tendering and bidding process.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
- Prepare techno-commercial bids and coordinate with internal departments.
- Upload and submit tenders through e-procurement portals.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors for quotations and documentation.
- Maintain tender database, bid records, and MIS reports.
- Track tender opportunities from government and private portals.
- Prepare cost estimation, BOQ analysis, and bid comparison statements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and tender requirements.
- Follow up for bid status, LOI, work orders, and contract documentation.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Government & Private Tendering Process
- Experience in GEM, CPP Portal, E-Tendering Platforms
- Strong Documentation & Communication Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Analytical and coordination skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Management
- MBA will be an added advantage
Experience
- 3–8 Years of experience in Tendering / Bidding / Contracts
- Experience in Electrical, Transmission, Distribution, EPC, or Infrastructure projects preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
