Job Summary
We are looking for a Computer Science Engineer to support our IT infrastructure, laboratory software systems, website management, data management, and digital operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, networks, software applications, and technical support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company computers, printers, servers, and network systems.
Provide technical support to laboratory and office staff.
Maintain and update the company website and digital platforms.
Manage laboratory data, reports, and database systems.
Develop and maintain internal software tools, dashboards, and automation solutions.
Ensure data security, backup, and recovery procedures.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot IT issues.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement.
Support implementation of ERP, LIMS, HRMS, or other business applications.
Prepare IT documentation, user manuals, and system reports.
Assist in cybersecurity and information security initiatives.
Required Qualifications
B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, MCA, or related field.
0–3 years of experience (Freshers may apply).
Knowledge of computer networking and hardware troubleshooting.
Familiarity with databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website management.
Understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Python, Java, or C#.
Experience with cloud platforms and cybersecurity tools.
Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
Knowledge of Power BI, Excel automation, or data analytics.
