Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Education Counsellor to join our Jaipur team. You will be the first point of contact for aspiring students, helping them navigate their language learning journey and international education goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Consultation: Guide prospective students regarding language courses and international study pathways.
- Lead Management: Follow up on inquiries via calls, emails, and chats to convert leads into enrollments.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong rapport with students and parents to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (IST)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Location: 506/6, Raja Park, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in counseling, sales, or the Ed-tech industry (preferred).
- A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle targets.
- Basic knowledge of the overseas education industry is a plus.
