Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter to set up and operate CNC machines for precision component manufacturing. The candidate should be able to independently handle machine setup, tooling, offsets, first-piece inspection, and support production operations while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up CNC Turning / VMC / VTL machines as per production requirements
- Install and align tools, fixtures, and workpieces
- Perform tool offset corrections and machine parameter adjustments
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets
- Conduct first-piece inspection using measuring instruments
- Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Troubleshoot minor machine and tooling issues
- Coordinate with operators and quality teams
- Maintain production records and follow safety procedures
- Ensure minimum rejection and maximum machine utilization
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years experience as CNC Setter
- Experience in Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls preferred
- Knowledge of GD&T and precision measurements
- Ability to use Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, etc.
- Experience in production machining environment preferred

Salary
₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,882.26 per month
