Senior Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist – US Healthcare RCM (Night Shift)
We are hiring an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to manage and drive US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) billing and collections operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AR, billing, collections, and claim follow-up across Inpatient, Outpatient, Physician Office, and ASC settings.
- Analyze and resolve claim denials from Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
- Prepare and submit appeals for denied or underpaid claims.
- Monitor AR aging reports to reduce outstanding balances and improve collections.
- Communicate with insurance payers and utilize payer portals for claim resolution.
- Collaborate with coding, eligibility, and billing teams to resolve issues.
- Mentor junior AR team members and support KPI achievement.
Requirements:
- 7–12 years of experience in US Healthcare AR and RCM.
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, HCPCS Level II, modifiers, and denial management.
- Experience with UB-04 (CMS-1450), CMS-1500, and ASC billing.
- Hands-on experience with Tebra (Kareo/PatientPop), Mednet, or similar EHR/PMS systems.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are an added advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
