Role: Senior Associate – Accounting and Finance

Responsibilities
▪ Manage end-to-end accounting activities for assigned client engagements.
▪ Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
▪ Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.
▪ Prepare MIS reports, financial analyses, management reports, and business insights for clients.
▪ Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning activities.
▪ Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal financial controls.
▪ Coordinate and support statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and other financial reviews.
▪ Assist in direct and indirect tax compliance, including preparation and review of tax- related schedules and documentation.
▪ Reconcile balance sheet accounts, monitor receivables and payables, and resolve accounting discrepancies.
▪ Liaise with clients, auditors, tax consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure timely closure of finance and compliance matters.
▪ Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting efficiency, and financial controls.
Requirements
▪ Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
▪ Relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in consulting, outsourcing, professional services, or multi-client environments.
▪ Understanding of financial accounting, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and audit processes.
▪ Experience in preparation and finalization of financial statements.
▪ Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems such as Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
▪ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work within defined timelines.
▪ Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
