Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Telecallers / Collection Executives to join our Banking Collections team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding pending EMIs/dues, following up for payments, resolving basic customer queries and achieving assigned collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan EMIs / credit card / banking dues.
- Inform customers about pending amounts, due dates and payment options.
- Follow up with customers for timely payment and payment commitments.
- Understand customer concerns and handle objections professionally.
- Convince customers to clear pending dues within the committed timeline.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses and payment commitments.
- Update customer information and call disposition in the CRM/dialer system.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling & collection targets.
- Escalate difficult or unresolved cases to the Team Leader.
- Maintain professional communication and follow company collection policies.
Eligibility
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, collections, recovery, BPO, banking or financial services preferred.
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and working with targets.
- Hindi and English required; Marathi will be an advantage.
