Role Summary
Responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure, POS systems, networks, hardware, software, user support, cybersecurity, and technology operations across Head Office and outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain computers, laptops, printers and POS systems
- Manage Wi-Fi, LAN and CCTV
- Install and update software
- Troubleshoot IT issues for HO and outlets
- Manage user accounts, backups and data security
- Coordinate with vendors and AMC partners
- Support new outlet IT setup
Routine
Daily system health check, resolve tickets, monitor backups, update software, support outlets, weekly IT report.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science. 2–4 years experience. Knowledge of Windows, Networking, CCTV, Routers, POS, MS 365, basic cybersecurity and hardware troubleshooting.
Good to Have
Experience in QSR/Retail, cloud platforms, ERP/POS implementation, basic SQL, Google Workspace.
Measured On
System uptime, ticket resolution time, outlet support, network availability, security compliance, user satisfaction.
Compensation
₹25,000–40,000/month + Performance Incentives
