We are seeking an experienced Database Engineer to design, develop, optimize, and manage enterprise-grade relational and non-relational database systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in database architecture, performance tuning, ETL processes, and large-scale data management, with exposure to geospatial datasets, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices. The role involves supporting mission-critical applications, ensuring data security, availability, scalability, and enabling seamless integration across diverse data ecosystems.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Experience

Minimum 8+ years of experience in database development, administration, and management of large-scale operational and analytical databases.

Proven expertise in database design, data modeling, SQL query optimization, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.

Hands-on experience in designing and managing production-grade databases including:

Strong experience working with ETL/ELT processes, data integration frameworks, and workflow automation.

Working knowledge of containerized environments and DevOps practices using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable relational and non-relational database architectures for enterprise and analytical systems.
