Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Release Manager to manage the end-to-end release lifecycle across multiple Salesforce orgs and environments. The ideal candidate will coordinate release schedules, deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and governance while ensuring seamless releases with minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end Salesforce release planning and deployment.
· Coordinate release schedules across multiple Salesforce environments.
· Manage CI/CD pipelines, change sets, and deployment processes.
· Collaborate with developers, administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
· Maintain release governance, documentation, and rollback procedures.
· Ensure successful deployments with minimal operational impact.
Required Skills
· 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Release Management or Salesforce DevOps.
· Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as Gearset, Copado, or similar.
· Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce Change Sets, and release governance.
· Experience managing releases across multiple Salesforce orgs and environments.
· Excellent stakeholder management, planning, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹638,428.76 - ₹2,228,458.44 per year
